In the fight against terrorism India considers the establishment of a National Anti-Terror Agency with jurisdiction over the whole country. Many of the state leaders claim that this violates the fundamental federal structure.
The most impotent issue coming up from the recent debate is the violation of the one of the most crucial principal of the Indian constitution in terms of Federalism.
On the other hand is the terror attacks India had to face withing the last few years and the challenges a wait to the country in that regard.
